Has anyone tried to import users using a csv in 7.2.2. As it generates an error.

As I have about 200 + users , is there any other method to enter new users in SalesLogix ??

There are other (non supported ways) but this is the best way - what's the error you get ?

Before it even reads the file, it gives a message box stating "Error processing records from the import. Do you want to view log for more information?".

the log information is "that I have no available licenses"

I am importing all concurrent users and have enough licenses....

Hmm, do you have any other license types installed ?? Can you login normally (not as admin) as a workable users. It should automatically convert those users to retired anyway. What type did you make the user in the file ?
