If you can help please let me know.

We are currently trying to go away from the client to the Browser version of SLX and wish to do the following:

Automated history of contact emails
if the outgoing or inbound email address matches an slx record, you get a screen pop and are automatically given the option to:

1. link to existing contact if detected
2. create new Account, contact...
3. ignore

It would need to run this against history in exchange to set up and then go forward.

Hi David

When you login, at the botttom there is an option for ActiveMail - if you select this you will get option 1/3 above. There is no option 2 available that I'm aware of although I do know that Ryan is always working in this area and maybe he has something.
