We are a financial services, legal and accounting firm in San Diego. We are trying to import data from Climark's Advisor Assistant. Although we are able to bring in the main basic fields we would really like the activities and notes fields for obvious reasons. Our consulting firm are tell us that it cannot be done. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you able to get the activity & notes data out of Climark? Is the data exportable or accessible (I know nothing about Climark so I have no idea how the data is stored). If so, then you certainly are able to import it into SLX. However, that's the real deciding factor of whether or not it is possible.

what is this climark? what are the data stored as ?
what are the file extensions? which program do you use to open that?
Finally do you see an option there in the client to export data to some form that ppl can understand?

I'd call 800-643-4488 to know more about the product myself before beleiving some partners who says you cannot import.
