We're currently using a combination of Excel, Access, DTS and DRPT to import (and de-dupe) leads into SLX. It's awkward, to say the least. We are looking into other options to accomplish both tasks, and Inaport (from Inaplex) has been presented to us as a viable 'all-in-one' tool that will Import and De-Dupe all in one nice little package.

Has anyone tried Inaport, and if so, how has it worked for you? Was it difficult to create a profile? Once the profile was created, how is the useability for a non-technical (say, Marketing) person to operate? Our ideal solution would be to turn this process over to the people who collect the data - without exposing the database to bad data imports.

Thanks! If any other solutions exist that meet these needs, I'd love to hear about them!
