Hi,

I have to export users from an old database to a new one version 8.1. I have the excel file to import but I´m getting the following error:

RECORD DROPPED. REASON:USER TYPE INVALID

The user type in the file is T, N or V (for web users, network, and web viewer)

What format maust have the user type?

I believe those types are correct, but it's been a long time since I looked at the user import. Could it be that the user types aren't matching up with the installed licenses?

I checked the number of licenses, and I have enough licenses for all the users being imported. None of the users in the import file are imported, all get the same error message. 

I´m going to try import the users with the full type name.

The import works if I use the following values for the type column in the csv file: Network, WebOnly, WebViewer, Remote and Concurrent.
