Hi,

When I send a PDF file from Outlook to Saleslogix, the text and pictures get saved seperately. Pictures in GIF files and text in a PDF file, so If I have 5 pictures in my pdf file, I get 5 gif files and a pdf text file saved in Saleslogix, in individual records.

Has anyone experienced this ?

Any help would be appreciated.,

Gus

Create the PDF first and then attach it as attachment - then use SendSLX. I imagine, at the moment, you are taking a doc and some form of auto-convert to PDF.
