Adapter error for SalesLogix in Scribe
Posted: 17 Feb 10 8:56 AM
I am currenlty using Scribe v.6.4 and saleslogix v7.5.1. The ongoing integration job which runs to get data from SQL DB(Source) to Saleslogix DB(target). I am getting this error message "An error occurred in the Adapter for SalesLogix: Validation for the field ACCOUNT.SECCODEID against the table SECCODE failed.
Value: #ERROR!".
Because of this account and accountsummary tables seccodeid and accountmagerid value is updated as '#ERROR!'
Can anyone help me get it resolved?
Thanks in advance

I haven't used Scribe that much lately, but as far as I recall, unless you are assigning an specific Owner and/or Account Manager, there is a way to set the default value.
Check how you are assigning this value, and if necessary set a default value (if you are assigning it via a lookup, maybe not all of the values are resolving, and as such you may need to catch the exceptions and assign to "Everyone").
