I am experimenting with SalesLogix SQL scripts and I'm wondering if anyone has any documentation on them. I'd like to use them like stored procedures and pass values to them and maybe even get values back from them, does anyone know if this type of thing is possible? I'm on version 5.2.

To be honest, I've never known anyone who uses SQL Script plugins in SLX. I never have and I've been working with SLX since it's very first public release. They are just too limited. I prefer to use a basic script plugin instead and write the code the execute the statement or whatever. Much better and easier to work with. That's just my opinon (and one apparently share with many since no one uses it )

Once thing you'll find though, they are really only good for executing static statements. No real way to get any values to the script or get anything back from it either AFAIK.

I agree with Ryan. The SQL Script plugins are to limited. I always use basic scripts to build and execute the SQL.
