fiogf49gjkf0d Through the Client tool? If via tool, you have couple of choices.
1.) Add them one by one
2.) If situation is appropriate - add them to a campaign or mailMerge with notes.
3.) If this is something that will reappear often, we a specialized script that kicks off from the menu
Or mass insert via SQL?

fiogf49gjkf0d Do a fake mail merge. Select a blank letter, make it so it doesn't attach it to the contact, and put it in a note to add to everyone in the group. |
