I need to create a Hierarchy to display n-tier level hierarchy of the data for display in a .net app. Since this data was pulling from SLX and external sources I chose to try to use views. My first try was to select from mytable and then inner join mytable on the parentid and then inner join again on its parentid and so one. But this does not give me a dynamic n-tier approach. Anyone have a better approach to this?
