I use this script. It's rerefresh treeview

Application.GlobalInfo.Add "THWND", tvName.HWND ‘tvName – TreeView object
Application.BasicFunctions.DoInvoke "Basic", "Personal:SendMessage"

------
BasicScript "Personal:SendMessage" contains next code:

option explicit

Declare Function InvalidateRect Lib "user32" Alias "InvalidateRect" (ByVal hWnd as Long, ByVal lpRect as Long, ByVal bErase as Long) as Long

Sub Main
Dim THWND as Long
Dim handle as Long
GlobalInfoFor "THWND", THWND
handle = InvalidateRect(CLng(THWND), CLng(0), CLng(1))
GlobalInfoClear("THWND")
End Sub
