MSCRM 3.0 Add-on Development

Hi,
We would like to develop a small MS CRM Add-in which needs to work in both web client & outlook client (like c360). For ex. I have seen Mutlicurrency add-in developed by C360, which works in both web client & outlook client.
I didn't find any specific documentation for this kind of Add-in development in standard SDK / Courseware given for MS CRM 3.0.
Can anyone please advice me on how to develop this?

Definityely off-topic.. this is a Sage SalesLogix forum.. not Microsoft CRM.... although I do know there are folks here that have a "foot" on the MSCRM camp.
I suggest you would best find an answer to your question by posting to an MSCRM forum.

I have helped develop a tool to run within the Offline client for MS CRM. It is not simple due to the fact that the Standard calls have to be routed thru the Server Side components which are not available for the Offline client. |
