crmdeveloper.com, thanks for the tip!

Just found a tip off of crmdeveloper.com. It would be great if that site had the same functionality (and great content) as slxdeveloper.com
I'm actually feeling pretty confident working with the 4.0 release of MSCRM but having sites like this are great.

When I got the crmdeveloper.com domain it was for the purpose of starting a community site up there. Since I didn't have any time to get that started up I just put a blog up there. Turns out I didn't have much time for the blog either
which is why it's been abandoned for so long. Hehe.
I am starting up a crmdeveloper blog this month that will cover all CRM development topics (SLX, SageCRM, MSCRM/Live CRM, etc - but mostly SLX). I'll be migrating the current crmdeveloper.com site and saleslogixblog.com sites to it starting out (new blog will actually reside at
customerfx.com/crmdeveloper
- it's not there quite yet, but will be either this week or in two weeks)
Anyway, glad you found it to be useful, even though the content there is old and stale
-Ryan

Nice, I'll certainly be checking those out.
Any suggestions for a MSCRM development forum besides microsoft.public.crm?
I actually have 2 CRM projects vs. 1 SLX project at the moment, looks like MS CRM may finally be gaining some traction.

Scott,
From what I am hearing, It sounds like MS CRM 4.0 is definitely becoming a worthy competitor to Sage SalesLogix. I've heard the tech support seamed more knowledgeable about the product and Microsoft has certainly invested a lot of time into the software, I looked at Version 3 (before choosing SalesLogix) and it did not look nearly as sophisticated as what they just released. If the product had what it has today, I might of given it serious consideration. I also see a lot of connections between MS CRM and other products like SharePoint etc.
On a personal note, I am thrilled about changing jobs from a SalesLogix Customer to working for a business partner who sells Sage and Microsoft among other products. It should be very interesting to see and learn the other side of the business.

Let me be the first to say: Welcome to the Dark Side.
(j/k)
It's a rewarding career that rarely gets boring, but you'll find the emphasis is slightly different in your development time than it was working for the client (I started out the same way many years ago)
