So my boss is planning on trying to hire an additional admin around here and she wanted me to update the old job description that waswritten in 2000. We didn't have Saleslogix then, so I tried to add in the Saleslogix requirements. Thoughts?

System’s Administrator Position Summary
Candidate would be responsible for supporting oversight and systems administration of information systems used by the Commercial Banking Group. These systems include customer relation management (CRM) and credit requests. They would also be responsible for providing financial and management reporting as well as sales and marketing information. This position will also serve as the Distributed Systems Administrator for the Commercial Banking Group.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve application defects and change requests
• User Administration - Create, retire and manage user access
• Application Support - Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about CRM applications and other proprietary Bank applications
• Software Testing – test prerelease/beta software and patches.
• Training - Trains administrators, users or new technical support engineers to administer and support applications. Uses products like Adobe Captivate for creation of training videos for end users
• Technical Documentation - Write and maintain application documentation.
• Development - light software developments and code troubleshooting
• Reporting – Generate on demand reporting under Crystal Reports


Job Specifications

Education
• High school or GED (required)

Certifications (preferred, not required)
• MCSA or better
• Oracle or Microsoft MCTS/MCDBA/OCA
• Sage certifications a plus

Required Experience
• 1+ year in application support

Field of Experience
• Understanding of relational database structure
• Knowledge of contact management database systems / CRM
• Knowledge of management reporting processes
• Knowledge of client/server architecture

Level Supervised
• None

Administrative/Technical Skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Report writing skills in a current version of Crystal Reports
• Entry level Visual Basic or C# skills
• Familiar with Active Directory and Microsoft client/server architecture
• Relational database skills (SQL Server 200x), proficient in SQL
• Functional knowledge of CRM (Marketing & Sales) prior experience with Sage Saleslogix or ACT a plus
• Strong aptitude to learn new technical and proprietary applications
• Must be dedicated to providing the highest quality customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Must be able work independently as well as collaboratively
• Light Project Management and presentation skills

Other
Limited after hours work may be required.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds.

I first read that as "* Must be able to bench press 200 Kegs !"
