Ryan , know anything about Office communicator 2007?

We have to alter the behaviour of office comm by showing up on the top always when we receive an IM from someone in office. There is no Built in feature for it ;but it is "must have" for our company. At present we are looking at using its SDK to write a service which looks on the users communication history and get the last persons windows and show it. Even on the first thought i am able to see a lotta cracks on this and there is no other useful handy things to use in that sdk. At this point , i am inclined to ask MS for a provision to write a true "extension" for this app.

Are you aware of something like this? any new ideas i should try?

and ......already tried thru Windows API and when that thing blinks on the taskbar , my exe has to run at that same exact microsecond when it is in the"blinking" mode to work .Otherwise it fails...
