Hi everybody!!!

I have a problem and I hope you can help me.
When I am installing saleslogix client, at the end of installation it aperas the following error:

ERROR
Runtime Error 216 at 00408102

Then It seems the installation finished succesfully, but when I try to log in to Saleslogix Client the same error appears again.

What could be happening?????

Anybody have any idea!!!!

If memory serves, 216 is something to do with your data connection.

Do you have other Clients working? I might be tempted to try removing the data connection and re-adding it. If this is a remote, try removing the connection in Connection Manager and re-add it too.

Isn't 216 the Daylight Saving Time error? What version are you installing?
