Does anyone know if SalesLogix uses CPAU.exe for linking the
SalesLogix username with Windows authentication? We seem to
get intermittent CPAU.exe errors when we log onto our SalesLogix
Terminal Servers and I'm trying to track down what is causing
them. Our Tech Desk doesn't believe it is linked with our
network domain security profiles. However, we seem to get the
error once when we log into the server and again after we click
on SalesLogix and log in. In most cases, we do have the user's
domain login linked with Win Auth within the SLX Admin. Could
this be causing these issues?

CPAU.EXE is a third party utility that is not part of the standard SalesLogix installation. Someone in your IT department should know why the utility was installed and what it is being used for. General information about CPAU.EXE is available at http://www.joeware.net/win/free/tools/cpau.htm

CPAU sounds like just another way of doing something. My first impression is that it was just something created to prevent having to type /netonly.
