Receiving error "Not enough storage is available" when trying to Write, Address Labels in SLX 6.1

Has anyone seen this before? Our operators are receiving the error message "Not enough storage is available to complete this operation" when they click on Write, then Address Label. This used to happen sporadically but is happening all the time. We are using SalesLogix version 6.1.2.1133. Could this be an issue with our database possibly running out of space?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!! |

Specifically: How big is the .mdf file: How big is the .ldf file:
What version of SQL Server are you using (be VERY specific):
How much free space on the C: drives and data drives of a) the SQL Server box: b) the SLX Server box: c) the SYNC Server Box: d) the box where you store Sync, Library, Attachments, RemoteDBs (and yes they could all be one in the same machine, you need to be specific).
How much space is available on the Client Machine ( the end user's PC). If this is a remote user/office, let us know version of SQL Server and the size of their .mdf and .ldf files.
I've seen MSDE 2.0 databases grow past the 2GB point (mdf + ldf!) and stuff doesn't save anymore....I've seen log/sync/archive files choke a C: Drive.....add another application to the box and C: space evaporates....Attachments grow by leaps and bounds.....QUEUE files back up.......
And give me a cogent reason why you're not on at LEAST 6.1.3. This can be installed in place on all machines using the SLX database....no bundles added into the database (although that would be a good thing to do for bug fixes).....I would do this tomorrow morning (and yes, it would be a Sunday).

Thanks for the info - just learned something strange today - 1 person is able to print labels and another is not - so I don't think it is related to the server itself. I compared the 2 end users PC's - the one that cannot print has 1.98 GB of RAM and 61.9 GB of free space on their C: drive. The person who can print has 2GB of RAM and 62GB of free space on their C: drive. Hmmm...
As for the other info - this is running on SQL Server 2000 SP3, Enterprise Edition. The mdf file is 103GB and the ldf is 417MB
