Hello All,

I am trying to use the Mail merge feature of SalesLogix with a test account.
I have followed the PDF instructions on how to mail merge, and i have followed each step closely except for the person who i am mail merging to. At this point i am just mail merging to a single contact (myself) as a test.
I am receiving the following error message:
"Mail Merge encountered an error and cannot continue. Error requesting data from Clients. Unknown table passed to ExpandDataPaths: Outlook"

Please can anyone help with this

Please do not post the same question in multiple forums. Especially as this question is very definitely not "Off Topic."

Im Sorry.

I wasnt sure under which forum my question would best be answered from. Therefore, i had submitted it in only the forums which i thought could possibly help as most of my questions are based upon a deadline that im close to running past.

Once again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Most people here monitor all of the forums, so you needn't worry.

The problem occurs if different people respond to different threads - the whole thing becomes disjointed and you risk wasting posters' time.

Regardless of that, I hope you managed to hit your deadline.

Thank You for your advice.

Once again i apologise for the inconvenience.

But i havnt received any posts/replies on any of the threads which i have posted. Therefore, the factor of getting everything disjointed and risking the time consumption doesnt come into effect.

Regardless of this, Thanks for your concern.

This is the second question you've cross-posted in what seems like every area. One of the reasons you might not get responses is because it appears that you are spamming for an answer.

Again, I would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused!

As i did explain

The urgency of getting a useful reply was very important. It must have been during this stressful time of being so close to my deadline that i didn't think of the points mentioned as i had panicked too much to get as many solutions/answers/replies/advice to my problems as possible.
I mainly posted my multiple problems purely for the purpose of receiving quick answers from multiple specialist/knowledgable people within a short time frame. I can now understand how these posts/threads can look malicious and can be of nuisance for many people.
