fiogf49gjkf0d I have 3 machines, connecting remotely to our head office server in USA:
1 x W7 32bit/Office 2010 netbook
1 x W7 64bit/Office 2010 desktop
1 x W7 64bit/Office 2010 laptop
Up until a few months ago, Word opened automatically from a tab in each of the contacts. This changed, so that - for some time - this function would no longer work ont he 64bit machines. No problem with opening Word on the netbook with the 32 bit installations.
No problem with opening Word on the desktop machine, once I reinstalled the enhancement package.
My problem is that, however many times I try to install/reinstall/repair the enhancement package on the laptop (before and after a totally fresh installation of W7 and Office 2010), the enhancement package does not show as being installed on the login page (it just keeps showing "Click to download product enhancements") and the vital Sage SalesLogix Desktop add-on is just not there.
Please help.
