I was wondering if there was anybody out there that has integrated a dialler with SalesLogix and could maybe provide some info on how they approached this?

I have been asked to look at a dialler for our Sales Team and thought it would be nice if it somehow integrated with SalesLogix and popped the lead or account screen. I thought rather than explore the stand alone dialler route I would see if there are any that may possibly already integrate with SalesLogix.

Has anybody any experience or recomendations on diallers?

I'm based in t he UK if that makes any difference.

Check out IntelliCTI from Qgate (http://www.qgate.co.uk) = does all that and more !!
