As others have posted.. it's in the docs on the DVD.

However, You will need to re-implement:
Account Detail
Contact Detail
The complete Opportunity/Product subsystem
Sales Orders
...... and a bunch of stuff...

Consider a "jump" from 5.x.x to 7.0 to be basically a (complete) "do-over". - that's exactly how we are doing it with our customers.
