Me again... I'm also interested in any partners or customer customizations related to the existing competitor tracking tools. Today, we have a custom table off of the Account record that lists the incumbent (software the prospect currently uses). Including that information in the new opportunity would be our next step, but we have some issues with the existing tools, i.e., what to do when the competitor changes names, tracking one of their products against one of our own, etc. Just looking to see how others have done this so we can either leverage a partner's solution or build our own.
