Hi all, I might be flogging a dead horse here but hopefully someone using this forum might use taskcentre. Basically its new to me and I've had a problem when inserting a date (from a field in a query) into an email (Send Message SMTP task), it formats as month/day/year and I want it to format in day/month/year format. I've used TO_DATE to format the date at query level but it still formats in the month/day/year format when the e-mail is sent out, please help!

Hi Kevin, this sounds like a fairly simple challenge - you shouldn't be needing to use any formatting of the date at query level as TaskCentre will do this as standard. Have you contacted your Orbis business partner for advice?

Alternatively, if you drop an email to our tech support team via our web site they will be pleased to help.

Or drop me an email and I'll give you a call to assist

Regards
Tim
