Is anyone familiar with this issue: You run a Crystal Report and when you try to export it to .pdf an error message comes up saying "Failed to export the report" OK

It will export to excel fine, just not crystal. I am running Slx v7.01 but these reports were originally created using crystal v8.5 if that matters.

It's not all reports mostly cross tab reports but also a few regular ones.

Help!

I'm pretty sure you are suppose to update the 8.5 SLX reports to XI. Its in the upgrade documentation.

What version of SLX did you upgrade from?

I fixed the issue. It was the graphics I had in the Report Header. My company logo. Once I took those out it worked. Thanks anyway.

Tom,

I know you already resolved your issue... but here is something else that I had in mind: Sometimes the Crystal Viewer/engine gets confused or does not always have the proper DLLs so you can always try re-registering all the crystal report viewer stuff (dlls). This is 6.2, maybe it is the same for 7.0, i dont know.
