OOTB Reports do not run correctly.
Posted: 09 Nov 07 3:56 PM
I have upgraded a database from 6.2.3 to 7.2 and notice that the Account Detail report along with others do not return data. I have tried updating them myself by opening them in Crystal 11 and setting the new database location. This will work when running in Crystal, but once I save, check in, and release. It still behaves the same in Saleslogix 7.2.
Something I notice is that the OOTB Account Detail report had the account table pointing to the dbo.ACCOUNT table instead of the sysdba.ACCOUNT table. I have corrected this but it still does not carry through to Saleslogix.
Any Ideas? I am just trying to get the OOTB reports to work.

Nevermind, I found the problem. It looks like duplicate tables owned by the dbo user will cause the reports to query off the dbo table. This will return no records.
