Hi all,

I am doing some DB/group cleanup... There is any way to get a list of all groups, owner, Released To, kind of report? If not, which tables should I look into to get this info?

I would like to have something like this:

FamilyName GroupName Owner/ReleasedTo CreatedDate LastUsed???
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ACCOUNT HighLeads Admin/Everyone 01/01/2007 11/01/2007

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

There are a few ways to do this:

hard way:
In the SalesLogix client you can use MANAGE GROUPS.

easy way:
Use the E1 User Groups utility. Export to excel features and most everything you are looking for. You can thank Declan Hillier and Mike Spragg for this tool. Here's the link:

Thanks David,

It is not quite what I am looking for...
I need one level up info: All groups which are using X table, groupped by family, Created by whom and released to whom.
So, I did my own query (PLUGIN, SECCODE, USERINFO) tables to get the info what I need. It is almost working for what I need now...

It is not the best solution, but i won't use it often.
