Parameter in Crystal reports

I have created a report in Crystal that has subreports. My problem is this...i need to include a parameter, which I have set up...problem is that when I am in the window to set up the actual parameter and I click on the Set default value button and then pick the correct table and field it does not bring in all of the values that I know are in that field?? It only brings in a certain amount...is this a known problem or am I doing something incorrect? is there a limit to the amount of data a parameter list will hold? how do I get it to show all of the values? |
