Crystal giving differing totals when released in Slx

This seems like an odd one to me... has anyone ever seen this?
We are running Slx 6.2.3 / Crystal 8.5 and users connect via Citrix. We have a crystal report that pulls contract data from the database, lists records with accounts open, and does running totals on contract amounts and amounts receivable - simple, and was running fine (apparently) for quite a while.
The administrator can take this report, run it from the desktop (it is using the slx provider, he has to put in admin user and password), and it will put out differing totals than the report does when it is imported into saleslogix and released. Once released, he logs on as admin, runs the report from the reports button and 2 of 3 running totals are different using the exact same set of parameters.
Any clues appreciated.  |

| Don, Which is this is the correct one? Query it and find out. I always save the report without the data if it is invoked from the menu. If from a custom form or custom code , use the .discardsavedata method before loading the report. |
