Changing the sort of a Report
Posted: 29 May 08 11:24 AM
Can anyone tell me if in V7.2 you can change the way the Opportunities by Account report is sorted? I would like to have it print by Account Manager, not Account?
Thank you.

This really isn't anything to do with versions - reports have mostly always been based on Crystal - which means you can (if you have Crystal) go and change it to whatever you want. You just need Crystal Professional (XI r2) and, I guess, the knowledge to do it.

Elaine, really hope that you are not going to find this offensive(No offense meant at all)
It will be worthwhile for you to look at training options for slx before doing anything with it. I do not know your skilllevel but know enough to know that in slx , poeple with better training/exp makes better decisions which will end up being better for them(to keep their job) and of course the shop. All this coming from someone who has been/had to clean up a lotta mess
unfortunlately.
that said , get a cr/dev training with slx and make your report/forms not only look better in look and feel , but also better with report data quality and screen functionalities.
