When you add custom fields or tables, how do you let old reports know they exist.
I can't find them in the data base when I look to add them to the report. I did this once before and forgot the process...

In Crystal XI you do so from the menu - Database | Verify Database. I think it is the same for 8.5 but dont have a copy handy to check.

It is the same in Crystal 8.5.

If the Verify fails - simply do Set Location from a table -> to the same table - it'll then refresh itself.
