Problem with WEB reports on SLX 6.2.6 with Crystal Enterprise 8.5 and Oracle 9iYour last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

I’m experiencing a problem when trying to run web reports on SLX 6.2.6 with Crystal Enterprise 8.5 and Oracle 9i
I can see the whole reports list from SLX, but when I execute one of them the error “ReportPath: HTTP://SWRSERVER:1226/SLXWEBRPT/SLXWEBREPORTING.DLL/REPORTURL” appears. When I click “ok” the report preview shows blank (see below)
Webdll user has full permissions to that path. This same happens on any workstation and running from web report too. Web report was uninstalled and reinstalled twice and the problem remains.
My question is if anybody knows about incompatibility between Crystal Enterprise 8.5 and Oracle 9i, because I didn’t see that DB engine in the Crystal file platforms.txt
This is the whole Scenario:
• Web Server: Windows 2003 Server R2 Standard Edition - SP2
• SLX Web Reporting: Windows 2000 Server SP4
• SLX Database: running on Solaris - DBMS: Oracle 9i
