I have at least 2 users who are suddenly experiencing the following problem: after they print any Crystal Report from the Client, they are no longer able to pull up any Crystal Reports without experiencing a 00407EB4 error. If they only access reports without printing them they are fine, but once they print their first report, then they experience the error. The only way to resolve it is to log out and back in to the Client. One thing to note is that I am getting this error when accessing both our production database as well as our development database. I have at least one other user who is experiencing the same problem, but have confirmed others are not (so it could just be two of us, or it could be more). I am investigating how many other users may be affected, but in the meantime any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have determined that if a report is selected using the Reports icon on the Nav Bar and then printed this error does not occur. The error only happens when a report is generated from a customer toolbar and then printed. I created a new toolbar and pointed the argument to one of these reports and when I go into the Client I still get this error when using my new custom toolbar. However, I did release this new toolbar to another user and he is able to use it without experiencing the same problem. Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions are greatly appreciated...
