I have a report and the last report contains a subreport. I want to supress an item on the footer if the subreport is printing. Any thought?

FYI, the item is "Initial_______", a place for the customer to initial the page.

Is there a value in the report from which you can determine if the subreport will print? If not, you should be able to set a shared variable in the sub report that the main report can read, and then suppress the footer item if needed.
