Reports in Saleslogix WebClient 7.2.2

Hi, I've got the Saleslogix 7.2.2 WebClient running and everything seems to be going well. Now I have created a new simple report (no grouping, filters etc.) using Crystal XI. Added it using Architect and I can open the report in the Workgroup Client, no problem. However, when I open the report in the WebClient.. I get the following error:
"Unable to retrieve the report. The report cannot make an OLE DB connection. Please contact your administrator."
Sage does have some info about this error message on their knowledgebase and the best they have to offer is "restart IIS" or "Reboot". 
Is there any "special" way to get "custom" reports to work in the WebClient... i.e. "Build Web Platform"????? |
