Question regarding Report Profiles and Report Filters in SLX ver.6.1.3

One of my customers reported that he was not seeing any data when he runs a particular Crystal report in the SLX client. The report worked when I ran it, and it also worked fine for others. After some poking around I noticed that when I logged in as this user and click on the particular report, the Filter By Account is set to Current Record on the lower left of the Report Manager screen. When I changed it to Do Not Use Account Filters, the report ran correctly. This setting is not permanent however - each time I log in it needs to be reset. Is there somewhere in Architect or Administrator where the default values for these filters are set? I also see that under Account Profiles at the top left of Report Manager, there is a profile called (Custom). It doesn't look like I can change this profile, and it doesn't appear under the report profiles as a plugin in Architect. How do I change or unrelease this profile? How do the properties get set in this profile? Thanks! |
