Ticket Aging Report - Best way to do date handling in SLX

Hi,
We want to produce a report that compares each ticket against SLA (agreed resolution time) and we are finding it very challenging since we handle tickets from several time zones (NZ and Australia), not including differences in business hours, holidays and weekdays.
Please can you advise on the best way forward.

It is extremely important to know what version you are on here.
Starting back in (I think) version 6.2, everything was changed over so that all dates are stored internally as GMT.
i.e. you should not have to worry about timezone.
