CR (sort of) not updating.

fiogf49gjkf0d Here's a strange one. I made some changes to a Crystal Report that updated a problem where a quantity field was rounding up instead of printing the decimals. That worked just fine, except for one user *on her particular computer*. If I log in as her on any other machine, it works fine. On her machine, the old report keeps coming back.
I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling SLX (6.2.1) to no avail.

fiogf49gjkf0d Have you tried deleting the plugin cache in C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\My Documents\SalesLogix\Reports\SalesLogix and alsoe C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SalesLogix\Cache
Just delete any content - slx will re-create anew next time they login. |
