We have recently upgraded from SLX 6.1 to SLX 7.5, and users have complained that some reports are running much slower now than before. The Account Detail in particular is very slow now. This is the OOTB report accessed from File --> Print Detail Report. I did some testing, and the report takes on average 1.5 minutes to run on network client (no Citrix) but over 5.5 minutes to run same report when connected to client via Citrix. I tried changing the report to use server-side processing, but I don't notice any differences. Can anyone give me some idea as to why the report runs so slow thru Citrix and how I can speed it up ??
