I've built a new report (like I've done a million times) and it runs when logged in as the admin but not as a user. I get an error "Crystal Viewer Error: Failed to retreive data from the database. Detail: [Database Vendor Code: 3].

I've checked the plugin table and I have 2 entries for this report, one for admin and the other sys..._). All seems OK. What am I missing?
