I really need help with the following problem.

I have completed a new crystal report and added it into the Saleslogix Reports in the Saleslogix Architect. Before I released the report I carried out a test and I get the following error = Unknown Database Connector Error.

I can open the report using the Crystal Reports program.

I will most grateful for any help on this serious problem I am having with this report.

There's a setting in Crystal under DATABASE to refresh the connection when it's opened.....if you have stored a connection to a specific database in Crystal SLX blows up on this at runtime.....I know it's in the SLX Architect Manual.....

what version of SLX (some versions had REAL Problems with this issue.....I'm thinking 6.1\6.2....)

Thanks for your reply. After investigating this matter further I have found from Saleslogix, if you are using a Stored Procedure to base your report on, the report will not open from Saleslogix. Therefore I had to make changes to make use of a View for the report and then from Saleslogix it worked
