Lead Write Address Labels

fiogf49gjkf0d On Version 7.5.2 and the Lead Address Labels (Write -> Address Labels) label templates do not exist. These are merely Crystal reports with family = "Labels". We can see the labels on the Contact side but not the Lead side. Does anyone know what Report Family the internal form is looking for so we can print address labels for the Leads?
