When I click open portal SLX web reporting, on Event Viewer i can see: An error was detected while initializing the process serving application pool 'SLX Web Reporting'. The application pool has been disabled.

And :The identity of application pool 'SLX Web Reporting' is invalid, so the publishing service World Wide Web can not create a worker process to serve the application pool. Therefore, the application pool has been disabled.

Finally the portal say Service unavailable,

Someone can i help me??

Assuming that the identity credentials are correct..? Have you checked that your webdll user is within the IIS_WPG group?

Where can I see the Application pool identity credentials within IIS??

On the application architect when I do click over slxwebrpt ( deployment explorer), in IIS target settings, I have it:

Advanced Options:

Checked inherit from Target

Port: 3335

AppPool: Slx Web Reporting

Thanks

For IIS6 select the SLX Web Reporting Application and then Advanced Options within the Action pane on the right hand side.
