fiogf49gjkf0d When I click open portal SLX web reporting, on Event Viewer i can see: An error was detected while initializing the process serving application pool 'SLX Web Reporting'. The application pool has been disabled.
And :The identity of application pool 'SLX Web Reporting' is invalid, so the publishing service World Wide Web can not create a worker process to serve the application pool. Therefore, the application pool has been disabled.
Finally the portal say Service unavailable,
Someone can i help me?? |

Assuming that the identity credentials are correct..? Have you checked that your webdll user is within the IIS_WPG group?

what do you mean by identity credentials?
Yes my webdll user is within IIS_WPG group, I have checked it a lot of times.

Where can I see the Application pool identity credentials within IIS??
On the application architect when I do click over slxwebrpt ( deployment explorer), in IIS target settings, I have it:
Advanced Options:
Checked inherit from Target
Port: 3335
AppPool: Slx Web Reporting

fiogf49gjkf0d For IIS6 select the SLX Web Reporting Application and then Advanced Options within the Action pane on the right hand side. |
