Error Opening File

fiogf49gjkf0d Hi everyone! I am getting this error message when I try to run the "Products by Opportunity" report. The message is: Error opening file. There are no fields in the file: "PRODUCTPRICELEVEL". Can someone let me know if this is suppose to be a working report and if so, how I can correct this error?

fiogf49gjkf0d Hi renee,
R u working on 6.2? If yes then this bug carry forward from version 6.1. Saleslogix made changes in Product table for version 6.2 but they didn't made changes in report. You have to check out this report first then open it. Now you have to remove reference of "PRODUCTPRICELEVEL" column from report. You can find this column reference in formula fields on report. Then save the report, check in and try to run.

fiogf49gjkf0d Yes, I am working in 6.2 and thank you for your help. I went in and removed the references to that table and it is working fine.  |
