Update an existing Label Crystal Report in SLX v6.1

fiogf49gjkf0d I need to update an existing Crystal Report that prints labels from SLX. The Crystal Report title displays in Architect in the label family under reports Type, but I can't open it to be able to make changes to it. Is there another way to access this?

fiogf49gjkf0d I login to Architect, go to Manage Plugins, then under the Type: drop down, I choose Reports. Then under the SalesLogix database on the left side of the screen I choose Labels. I find the label I want to update and I tried double clicking on it, but it won't open. I also tried right clicking it, but the Open Plugin option is greyed out. Is it not possible to update these through Architect? This is the first time we've had to make an update to a label since SLX was installed a year and a half ago. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |
