Where are the Crystal Reports that generate labels stored? I see an entry in the plugins table, but is there any other place? I need to restore the production version to our development system. How can I do that?

Login to Architect - MANAGE - REPORTS. Right click on the report and select CHECK OUT.

You will find the report under C:\Documents and Settings\%user_profile%\My Documents\SalesLogix\Reports\Architect...

After you make modifications to that report file go back into Architect and check the report back in.

You do not need to edit the form. If you want to restore the original production version of the form:

1. Open Architect
2. Go to Manage Plugins
3. Adjust the Type Settings to Reports.
4. Find the form you need to restore and Release it.

If you had another version it will still be in the plugin list, but it will no longer be the active form.

Crystal Reports do not have versioning control, like other SLX plugins do. Only one report exists. To "restore" the original version you would need to either:
a) modify the report back to the original format
b) find a bundle with that report in it and install that part of the bundle.
