report not generating

hi,
There is some problem when i access this crytal reports in the saleslogix, in the report list i have ,all are doing well except one or two.
even when we click on this report there is neither error message displayed nor opening the report.
why this kind of problem occurs.
please help me in this issue. |

Those two reports do nothing? That's odd - I am usually lucky enough to get all sorts of errors... 
I thought since you haven't had any responses I would try and give you a couple of things I would look for first. One is whether or not those reports are currently checked out. I have no idea if this would cause it, but it sounds like SalesLogix is just acting like they are not there. The other thing to do is to check and see if you can run it out of the Manage Reports screen in the architect. If you can't run it there, then report is probably corrupted. You'd need to check it out, open it up in Crystal Reports, and see what the problem is. You may have to completely recreate the report if that is the issue. |
