Sage does not provide a SalesLogix EventPak (Integrated Service Alerts) with KnowledgeSync as of Version 7.0. We have a client who wants to create tickets sent to support@company.com using KnowledgeSync. I cannot find any examples to help with this function. The only examples I can find are email notifications, etc. not actual SalesLogix database manipulation such as Insert Account or Contact, Insert Ticket, Update Ticket, etc.
Does anyone have something they would be willing to share?
