Sage does not provide a SalesLogix EventPak (Integrated Service Alerts) with KnowledgeSync as of Version 7.0. We have a client who wants to create tickets sent to support@company.com using KnowledgeSync. I cannot find any examples to help with this function. The only examples I can find are email notifications, etc. not actual SalesLogix database manipulation such as Insert Account or Contact, Insert Ticket, Update Ticket, etc.

Does anyone have something they would be willing to share?

You could always do VB Scripts and fire your code from there.

What I do is I have my code in a COM DLL, and then from the VB Script I just invoke the COM OBject and pass it all necessary values into it and let it process.

The so called "ISA package" was placed in "public domain" and at that time became an un-supported package". I remember when that posting was made in the Partner NG. AFAIK the copy that's available (thru a partner off the ftp site) is only 6.2.0 compatable.

You might be able to purchase some of what you need from another BP that specializes in KS. I'd suggest you make a post to the partner NG and see what falls out.
