Hi everybody!!

Please... I need help

When Sync Server stops syncronization for an error or anhoter event, if the system administrator isn't frecuently reviewing the slxmonitorconsole he/she doesn't know about this sistuation, and the sync service is not working.

Somebody know, how to alert via email when Sync cycle fails.

There is nothing in Saleslogix that will do what you are asking for.

We developed a product called SyncLogix. It's purpose is to do just what you are asking about and more.
